When I was working at CITIC Telcom CPC BV, the organization was experiencing intercultural communication challenges such as language barriers, struggles, and anxiety among the teams due to the discomfort of not relating to someone can often add tension to the communication; Ethnocentrism was also prevalent. Consider this a loud and huge endorsement for my Dutch teacher! As someone who had been in the Netherlands for quite some time and still struggled with the language, it was a difficult thing to trust when Anjali told me I could learn the language to A2 proficiency in a couple of months.

I started with this disbelief and slowly but surely saw the effectiveness of a teacher who knows what she is doing.
